The controller for the NOEL second-tariff hybrid electric boiler is a modern controller for managing heat in your home. With it, you keep heat under control in every room and at any time, whether you are at home or away.

The NOEL Home Energy Management System (HEMS) brings convenience and efficiency straight into your home.

The NOEL controller manages the entire operation of the heating system and domestic hot water at the same time. It supports underfloor heating, wall heating and traditional radiator heating simultaneously. It controls electric heaters that are switched on only during the second electricity tariff, for example the G12W tariff, and switched off during more expensive electricity periods. It also allows heating on demand in the first electricity tariff. Heating with the controller is completely maintenance-free.

A convenient solution is also the option to set domestic hot water according to individual demand, for any day and any hour, by programming the operation of the domestic hot water circulation pump.

Full control over the boiler and heating

We can manage three separate central heating circuits, with the option to control a circulation pump and an actuator in combination with a wireless weather sensor. In each circuit, we can control the temperature inside the house and in each room separately.

Key functions:

  • control of electric heaters using the second-tariff timer
  • heating on demand: switching on the heaters during the peak tariff
  • temperature control of the NOEL buffer tank
  • alarm function with STB protection
  • management of three separate central heating circuits with weather compensation
  • sensors regulating central heating temperature
  • temperature control for each room separately, with individual settings for every day of the week
  • programming the operation of the domestic hot water circulation pump
  • control of a pump for cooperation between the boiler and a fireplace with a water jacket

Intelligent energy management from solar panels

Our intelligent controller, supplied with the device, automatically calculates and decides how much energy it needs to store for water heating. Excess electricity that is not needed is sent to the power grid. This means you can always use hot water and make the most of the potential of your photovoltaic panels.
